"It is with the greatest pleasure that I write concerning the excellent work of The Evergreene Companies. As part of a bankruptcy estate, we had two sizable residences that were unfinished and in need of considerable work. The Evergreene Companies completed the 21,500 square foot home in order to bring the property into code compliance and ready it for a quick sale. This process included obtaining all necessary permits, completing the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkler systems in the home as well as numerous cosmetic items to make the home auction ready for potential buyers. The exterior of the home was completed with the addition of landscaping and the repair of extensive basement leaks.

In addition, The Evergreene Companies renovated a 13,600 square foot home to improve marketability for auction. The renovation included interior and exterior paint, mold remediation and repair, as well as improvements to the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in the home. The exterior of the home was improved where there were drainage issues related to leaks in the basement and the irrigation system was retrofitted due to changes in the driveway.
